Consult Sessions
We offer consult sessions for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults. We specialize in promoting intentionality and self-care in parenting and cultivating neuro-inclusive home environments, whether for an individual or a family unit.
Our consult sessions center the neurodivergent experience, offering a compassionate, affirming environment for exploration. We welcome sessions with individuals, as well as parents, caregivers, and family units. These are solution-focused, brief therapy sessions; they differ from traditional therapy in that they are focused and meant to only be one or a few sessions. If you’re looking for ongoing therapy, email us, and we can provide referral options.
We support adults in creating the most inclusive, neuro-affirming environment for every member of their family, regardless of neurotype. This may include examining how autistic and ADHD parents meet their own needs or how to parent from a lens of inclusion, not accommodation, for autistic and ADHD children.
We also love supporting individuals and families to create a neuro-affirming home environments. In these sessions, we will guide you in shedding the neuronormative expectations for what a home looks and feels like, with the goal of centering your needs, so you can thrive.

No — all of our services are private pay to ensure autonomy over diagnostic disclosure; if we took insurance, any diagnosis would become a part of your medical record/history. This feels especially important to avoid in this sociopolitical climate.
As a note, it’s our understanding (from those with more knowledge of these things than us) that Medicaid recipients cannot receive private pay services that would otherwise be covered by Medicaid, such as therapeutic services like ours, even if they would like to choose to pay out of pocket.

Our equitable sliding scale model helps to ensure accessibility to services for clients of varying financial means.
We use a self-determined sliding scale model, with three rate tiers: (Learn more about identifying your rate here.)
Accessible rate: below the cost of providing these services, engaging mutual aid; for those with less financial resources
Sustainable rate: at the cost of providing these services (our “regular” rate); for those with average financial resources
Inclusive rate: above the cost of providing these services, offering mutual aid; for those with more financial resources
Self-determined means we do not require any documentation or disclosure to select your rate. We believe in the integrity of our clients. Simply select your rate tier on our scheduling form.
We offer two session lengths for financial inclusion, as well.

We evaluated the average market rates for private pay therapy services and placed our sustainable rate below market, which was reported to be an average of $182/hour in 2022.
